Superintendent Teacher Forum

The purpose of a Superintendent-Teacher Forum is to create a structured space where teachers and the superintendent can openly communicate, collaborate, and address issues affecting the school. Specifically, the forum aims to:

  1. Discuss Concerns: Allow teachers to share challenges or obstacles they face in classrooms, curriculum, or school operations.
  2. Share Ideas: Provide an opportunity for teachers and administrators to propose solutions, innovative practices, or improvements.
  3. Foster Collaboration: Strengthen the relationship between teachers and the superintendent by promoting mutual understanding and teamwork.
  4. Enhance Decision-Making: Help the superintendent gather frontline insights from teachers to make informed decisions that improve student learning and school functioning.
  5. Promote Accountability and Follow-Up: Ensure issues raised are addressed, solutions are implemented, and progress is communicated.

Alice ISD values teacher perspectives and is focusing on listening, problem-solving, and working together with campuses to improve the school environment and student outcomes.
