    Congrats to our Varsity XC Team

    Congrats to our Varsity XC Team who competed down at the Border Olympics. The boys team placed 8th, paced by Caleb Flores who placed 14th, while the girls team finished 5th, led by a 3rd place finish by Aubrey Garcia. An extra congrats to Aubrey who broke the school record in the 5K with a time of 19:09.90!  JV competed in Flour Bluff this past Friday at Malaquite Beach.  Both squads will be off this week prepping for Islander Splash on the 14th.

    Varsity Football Started The Year Defeating The Corpus Christi Carroll...

    Tigers 48-28 at Cabaniss Field on Friday. Damian Alviar paced the Coyotes with 4 rushing TDs. Roel Gonzalez ran for 99yds and a TD, while Lucian Cruz passed for 238yds and 1 TD, while rushing for another.

    Freshmen Orange fell to Carroll 22-6, white the Freshmen White and JV both picked up victories 14-0, 14-12, respectively. 

    The Coyotes battle Calallen this week.  The Varsity game kicks off at home on Friday at 7:30pm and it is Lil Yote Night!

    WAMS Volleyball started the year with a sweep of Cunningham MS, Cross-Country competed at Gregory-Portland, and Football will kick off this week.

    Another busy week in Coyote Country!

    Congrats to our Varsity Lady Coyote Volleyball Team

    Congrats to our Varsity Lady Coyote Volleyball team who kicked off their district schedule with a win over Corpus Christi Ray.  They spent their weekend competing at the Laredo Longhornfest Volleyball tournament.  They'll continue district play against Corpus Christi Miller this Friday at home. Varsity starts at 5pm.  Freshmen and JV teams will compete at CCISD on Saturday for a 1-day tournament.     Way to go AHS!

    Alice High School Junior Aubrey Garcia won the gold medal at the 2024 Falfurrias XC Invitational Saturday! It was a fast morning for Garcia, who finished the 5K run just about 30 seconds off the school record. She also helped the girls team to a first-place team finish. Also placing in the top 10 for the Alice girls were senior Victoria Diaz, 3; Elizabeth Kohler, 4; Jazmin Guerra, 8. The boys were third in the varsity team standings behind junior Aden Tunchez, 3; and Raul undefinedDavila, 8.
