Stay Connected with Alice ISD through ParentSquare

Alice ISD uses ParentSquare to make it easier for families to stay informed and connected with their child’s school. ParentSquare brings school and district communication together in one convenient place, including announcements, reminders, direct messages, important alerts, and other school information.

Why Use ParentSquare?

With ParentSquare, families can:

  • Receive important district and campus updates in one location.
  • Choose how you receive notifications, including the ParentSquare app, text messages, and email.
  • Communicate directly with teachers and staff through ParentSquare.
  • Select your preferred language for communications.
  • Manage notification preferences, including instant notifications or a daily digest for regular posts.
  • Keep information for multiple children and schools together under one parent account.

The App Is Recommended — But Not Required

We encourage parents and guardians to download the ParentSquare mobile app for the best experience. The app provides convenient access to messages, notifications, school posts, and other ParentSquare features from your phone.

However, downloading the app is not required to receive important school communications. If Alice ISD has your current email address or mobile phone number on file, ParentSquare can still deliver school messages to you by email or text. ParentSquare also notes that families can receive school messages before registering an account, although registration is required for certain interactive features such as replying to messages and viewing private forms or documents.
