Hello Alice ISD Community, I'm Juan Salinas, your Director of Child Nutrition, going into my second year. With over a decade of experience and a passion for student well-being, I am excited to reach new success and innovation with our department. My diverse background includes roles in both private and public sectors, most recently as the Assistant Director of Child Nutrition in Montgomery, Texas. Throughout my career, I have focused on improving meal program participation and meeting nutritional standards. I am committed to fostering a positive, collaborative environment where every team member feels valued and empowered. My approach emphasizes open communication, continuous improvement, and a shared dedication to our mission.
